Selection was slim back then so I designed, painted and assembled lures, in colors that could not be found in stores, or on the open market. Eventually, I created my own designs. We now have the highest quality lures, designed and manufactured by fishermen, for fishermen.<\/p>\n<p>At FlaMinn Lures, we still make all of our lures the same way, by hand, one at a time. Our spinnerbaits, jigs, and buzzbaits have a 5 to 7-step paint process including our \u201cDURA-LAST\u201d topcoat. &#8220;DURA-LAST&#8221; is a special two-part-epoxy that is painstakingly applied, by hand, to each lure. We feel it is the best in the industry, and something the \u201cbig companies\u201d cannot take the time to do. Quality control is number one with us. We sell no &#8216;seconds&#8217; or &#8216;rejects.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t gamble with inferior products.
